good all week
Ok I'm good all week, watch what I eat stay under my calorie goal...Then friday comes and I go out have a few beers (6) and alot of times the same thing saturday....am I wasting my time during the week? I put on 4.9 lb this weekend....I feel like I should be able to go out on the weekends and hard stuff is just not good…

my diet plateau
I have been trying to lose weight that I put on during and after my 3 pregnancies. After having my last child (a year and a half ago) I have lost 20lbs…but I have had a hard time getting and staying below 180lbs (my plateau). Today after about two weeks on this site I am 180.1 lbs hopping to stay motivate.
