time to reprogram

I have been doing well on my plan so far...now I think it is time for me to reprogram a bit and I need ACCOUNTABILITY.... if I post it here I have to do it (right?)!!! This week I'm going to add three new resistance workouts ( I have only done cardio in the past) the hope is that this coupled with clean eating will give my metabolism the boost it seems to need to melt away some fat. My goal is to be 170lbs (2.6lbs) by wed 6-16...Keep me accountable please!
