Hello, I've seen alot of mentions of 30DS, can anyone give me a bit of info on it before I go buy it. I'm 5,6" lost 15.5 lbs so far and currently weigh 181lbs. Sugar intake
My daily target set by mfp is 25, however i find it so hard as even fruit comes out with high for sugar through the database! Any tips?
