I'm struggling today, I just keep looking at bad foods.....my 1st weigh in tomorrow.....any ideas on a good snack that would make me feel better

So I started my diet yesterday and i'm loving this site but now have the dilema of going out for dinner and drinks...it's my mum's retirement function so I can't really miss it also I need to get used to going out and being able to keep my diet in check...is it ok to go over the calorie intake every so often.....ideas on…

Hi I've decided I need help to diet so I've chosen myfitnesspal to help. I'm in my mid 30's and have 2 kids. I am quite fit as I go to the gym on my lunch hour but being off work for the summer I need some help to stay away from the cupboards!! Lets hope it helps. Claire xx
