help morning after

i have had a few drinks tonight.....i can anticipate eating junk tomorrow any tips

    I always feel like eating fruit after drinking! Makes me feel so much better. Much better for re-hydrating.

    Drink a lot of water before you go to bed.

    Try to hydrate as much as possible tonight.

    Wake up in the am, drink more water and maybe something like a vitamin water.

    Then immediately go get in some intense cardio - running, spin, whatever works for you. It is going to suck, you will feel miserable to begin with. But then you sweat it out, and the rest of the day will be 100% better.

    Works for me anyhow :-)

    I second what Degator said. If I have anything to drink, the more water I drink before bed the less side effects I have the next morning!

    slices of fresh tomato on whole wheat buttered tooast with salt n pepper.....does the trick everytime. :happy:
