I'm stalling at the moment ... 2 weeks now, I'm not too worried as I know my tracking and exercise are on point, my body just needs to catch up, however, it will be nice to see that move! I understand it's not linear and I'm not talking plateau, just curious what is the longest time you stalled for?
So I am trying to stick with Macros, but already today the Nutrition pie chart on the app is showing my fat at 56%, it is set at 35% yet when I go into the listing or on laptop it says I have 30g left? I know I haven't reached anywhere near my goal of 35% today. Any ideas why the app is showing a higher number?

Everytime I exercise I get this stitch under my ribs on the right hand side, I never exercise on a full stomach so I really don't know why i'm getting this. It's preventing me stretching my running distance as I'm killed after about 10mins, any ideas?
