Polar HRM Question
My treadmill that came with a Polar heart rate monitor chest strap instead of hand sensors to track your heart rate. I've been looking at getting a Polar HRM to track heart rate with other activities? Will this chest strap work with the Polar 6 so I don't have to buy another one?

Shred - Upping Levels
I've been doing the Level 1 a few times a week for the past couple weeks. I still find it tough - can't make it through the full second set of pushups (women's) and definitely feel the rest. When did you up the level? When you could do the first one quite easily? Set a date?
