Hello everyone! I was wondering if y'all were still doing the 30DS? I got interrupted after my husband went in the hospital a week with pneumonia. I plan on starting back tonight at level 1.

GOALS
What are some of your goals that you would like to accomplish during the shred? One of mine is of course to lose some inches, but I'm hoping to drop atleast 10 pounds.

What do you picky eaters eat?
I have to admit I am very picky, but I have ventured out to try some new things. I don't like broccoli and I am not a seafood eater. I have started eating the Blue Diamond Whole Natural Almonds, and they are so good. What are some good suggestions????
