Cold weather eating
How is the sudden chilly temeratures affecting your food choices? I feel more inclined to eat cooked or baked foods such as casseroles, soups, stews and less inclined to eat cold refrigerator foods such as yogurt, ice pop, salads. So I really have to be aware of portion size

What works for you?
I found 3 things that I believe work for me. I drink a cup of coffee every day. It seems to make me feel full for some reason. I set a goal to do 30 minutes of exercise 3-4 times a week at least.
