Ok I dont know if this is posted here or not but Ive been eating sludge right after every work out and my plateau has ended. In case you are not familiar with it this is how I make it: 1scoop protien powder 1 Tbls natural peanut butter...I prefer chunky....(smuckers makes a great one....nothing but peanuts) add cold water…

Body Fortress protien.
I have been using this protien and from what I can see its pretty good. 140 calories 26 protien 1 sugar.....and other nutrients. Its like 15 buck. Do any of you use it? And what is your opinion?

How important is a protein powder for weight loss?
I have bought it one time and used it all...using it for recovery post workout. I do not know if it was effective or not. I am thinking about buying it again, because I am really dedicated to my workouts andmonitoring my caloric intake so I want to get the max weight loss possible for my effort. Any advice is appreciated.
