are you eating back any of your excercize calories? You might need to increase your calories. Its hard to get your mind around the concept of eating MORE to lose but it is often what ppl need to do. Plus protein is a factor for many ppl. You also might be adding muscle so while the scale is not moving your body is getting…

I just did my first 30 ds.....it was good....legs burned....had to do the easy version on many but I made it through....I can do 60 minutes of intervals on my elliptical on the highest level but this was a challenge...iadd me if you like....we can do this

mine would be to eat smaller portions more often. excersize as often as possible...hiit is what has worked for me get plenty of sleep and water.

well when I was on it I lost 60 lbs....and I ate alot......it was ketoacidosis that caused the weight loss.

I had kindey stones 2 separate times while doing atkins.........it works but it almost killed me due to complications from lithotripsy. My advice would be to drink more water than u can stand and take cranberry pills or some other herbal supplement that reduces kidney stone risks...

I actually stopped weighing myself after my workout because I weigh more. I just try to keep it to once a week, same time in morning BEFORE breakfast, and totally naked. im using unsweetened almond milk.....only 35 calories a cup...... so what do the more expensive powders have that this doesnt? Ive looked at some...and they have less protien and more sugar...

this might be a dumb question.....but my number based on your calc and subtracting 30% is 1540 calories. Do I need to eat that amount including the calories I burn off? So if I burn 1000 calories from excercise then I need to eat 2540?

thanks....its getting hard. I have lost 74 lbs all together.....most of it before joining this site. Its taken a long time and I do fall off the wagon at times. I do not gain back....but I dont lose any either. But I have recommitted myself to winning this war.
