Tracking Carbs and Protein??
I still have a bunch of calories left but I'm way over on my carbs and protein. I never pay attention to anything but the calories. Should I be trying to limit the others as well?

Hi. I'm new to MFP. I started about a week ago. I've been eating 1200 calories a day and not doing any exercise other than chasing after my munchkins. I have lost 10 lbs. in two weeks.
