Tracking Carbs and Protein??

I still have a bunch of calories left but I'm way over on my carbs and protein. I never pay attention to anything but the calories. Should I be trying to limit the others as well?

To be honest calories are the least of my concerns.

I make sure I get enough protein to sustain my body's maintenance (more than the default MFP guidelines), I then make sure I keep my carbs to below 50g and make sure these come from veggies (this goal is to be reviewed and increased as I near my ideal) and the rest just happens.

Dietary Fat won't make me fat (in the absence of excessive carbohydrate) or harm my heart so I dig in. Yum.

My calories tend to be about the same each day because I tend to eat the same things each day, there are some variances usually due to exercise but my appetite is pretty consistant.

When I was concentrating on calories and little else (as I did during my first few months of MFP) I either maintained weight or gained it. I guess my bod just don't like too much carbohydrate :)

As long as you're making healthy choices and not filling up on junk you're probably fine.
