I don't have a smart phone either :( My suggestion is if you're not near your computer, keep a small notebook that you can jot down your calories/exercise in until you have time to sit and enter them into the computer. Hope this helps!

I nursed my daughter until she was almost 12 months old. It was a nice way to burn up more calories and do something great for my daughter. I immediately gained 10 lbs after she was done! Yikes! I've been feeling great. I eat a lot of low calorie vegetables throughout the day so I rarely feel hungry. I'm vegetarian so I don't have to use a lot of calories for meat. I eat eggs, hummus, nuts, beans and peanut butter instead. Thanks for your responses!

Congratulations on your motivation and current weight loss! Being aware is half the battle. When I get cravings for things like chocolate it's easy to just give in and write the rest of the day off like you said, but think of how great you'll feel later when you know you didn't give in!
