Weird question...but maybe someone might know. I was wondering if heart rate monitors subtract resting calories from your workout calories? When you over-eat...
Hello! I just started MFP almost 2 weeks ago and I LOVE it! Everyone has such great advice and I am so happy to be in this fight with all of you! I know that a calorie is a calorie, but is it better that if you are going to overeat one day, you do it all at one meal instead of spreading out your over-eating all day?
