I tried this quick and easy pumpkin pie recipes and altered it a bit for breakfast. I added 1/4 cup quick oatmeal and 1/4 cup fresh blueberries. Pros/cons of exercising after eating
Hi all.....I am wondering if there are pros and/or cons of exercising after eating my evening meal. I usually wait about 1 hour after eating, and I usually do my Leslie Sansone walking DVD, but I'm not sure if this is good or bad. Any comments would be appreciated.

Same breakfast every day
Is it unhealthy and/or unproductive to eat the same thing for breakfast every day? When I find something I really like I will eat it every day for weeks. Right now I eat 2 whole wheat toast with a bit of natural peanut butter and sprinkled with cinnamon. Good or Bad ?????
