How To Classify Areobic Walking??? Help !!

Hello
I have started doing the Leslie Sansone 5 Day Slimdown DVD. It seems to be a cross between walking very briskly and areobics combined. How should I classify that in my log?? I do the warmup at the beginning and the cooldown at the end plus the inbetween workout. The DVD refers to walking but she also mentions areobic workout during the session. I'm confused.....there isn't a title for walking areobics in the data base. Any suggestions?????????

I haven't used this particular DVD, but used to use Leslie Sansone a lot. Does the workout give you the number of miles you walk? If it is like the ones I used to use, your workout specifies how many miles walked. Then you time it - a 30 minute workout, 30 minutes - a 60 minute workout, 60 minutes. Then if the workout was a 4 mile walk, and lasted 60 minutes, I would log it as walking for an hour at 4 miles per hour.0
