Cut down the added sugars and refined carbohydrates, up the fats and you’ll be fine. At 24 your diet shouldn’t be super restrictive.5 -

30 days on MFP
I’m kind of in a rut. 2 weeks in I was down 14 pounds, 2 weeks after that im up 2 pounds. I’m try to eat more food, trying to take 5,000 steps a day (stall around 4500), trying to lift weighs 3 times…2 -
