Yup- been there more than once. (I enjoyed my summer and managed to put on 8-10 pounds, it is coming back off again.) You can regain control. Take it slowly. Make small changes. Move more, it doesn't…2 -

I am back at it. I took a break for a couple of months though I logged on every day and tracked most days. I also continued to exercise though not at the level I need to to maintain health. Fortunate…6
