I am back at it. I took a break for a couple of months though I logged on every day and tracked most days. I also continued to exercise though not at the level I need to to maintain health. Fortunate…6 -

I went hiking and was able to climb steep hills without becoming winded or needing to rest. I kept up with my family and had a great time.!18
