if it were me, i would assume i am not burning as much as i think or not eating as little as i think and shave another 100 calories off my daily.2 -

I just gained 7 lb in about 9 weeks. Time to take it off! I had a flare up of a back problem and I am going to be kind to myself about it. Can’t exercise, stress with my kids, ate too much.8 -

I am relatively fit and EVERY run puts me at what websites would say is the absolute highest heart rate that would be safe for me.2
