Have I reached a platue or is it just normal hormonal fluctuations

Hi,
I downloaded MyFitnessPal about a month ago & I’ve lost around 2kilos (sorry scandi). This last week nothing has happened though I’ve even gone up two grams, is this normal or have I reached a plateau?
I’ve been tracking everything and I’m usually under my calculated calorie deficit and of course over with 100-200 some days but overall I’m consuming less than needed to for weight loss.

Is this normal?
I want to say that I’m not trying to lose a lot I’m currently 45.5 kg and I want to be back at 43kg.
Can it be water weight? Should I cut my calories more?
