Hello! This will be my second month with this challenge. It gives me something to strive for each week. I am in recovery for an eating disorder. I'm from southwest Missouri and in my spare time I walk or hook (crochet). I have psychiatric disorder that has resulted in a medication regimen that has pushed on some weight for a variety of reasons, but I am determined to fight back even if it means I only lose half a pound a week; I will get there.6

Hi! This is my first challenge and the start of a long journey. I've been trying to lose weight on my own for years but with no real results. Im hoping this will give me the accountability that I've lacked doing it alone5

Hello . This is my first month with this challenge. I am diabetic, and my medication causes a lot of weight gain. I need accountability, and a motivating reason to keep on track. I'm an emotional eater. I'm losing my mom to advanced stage 4 brain, lung, and adrenal gland cancer. All I want to do it eat my feelings. So far, I'm doing okay9

Hey Guys, been doing this challenge since Jan mainly for the accountability. I'm changing up my workout for March, hoping to see more movement on the scale. We'll see.6

Hi!
First time doing this. I have gained a decent amount of weight after quitting college 20 years ago. Started lifting in august, and have my eyes set on a beach body summer 19 (turning 40 then). So mostly vain, but my family also has a history of diabetes, so at 231, i should loose a few to reduce the risk.5 -
First time in this particular challenge. Hoping it will be the "accountability" factor that I need. I need a complete overhaul! I work 40 hrs a week never a set schedule, one day you might open, the next close or mid shift. Never set days off. Kinda feel like life is always topsy turvy and I'm just muddling through gaining weight!5

Hey all!
I’m Ally, I’m 30 and this is my first time I’m this challenge, though I have participated in other challenges that I think this may be similar to.
I’ve always struggled with my weight, but I’m working at a goal that isn’t just about the scale this time, so hopefully that will motivate me and when it doesn’t, I have some accountability here!6 -
Hey fellow RTM's,
I'm excited to be part of a group challenge like this.
My weight on Monday at Dr A's office was 224.6. My starting weight last year was 262. Overall goal is 165. I'm in the over 50 crowd and was doing well until menopause became "metabolism pause."
Back on track with help from my diet doctor and looking forward to a successful March!5 -
Hey again, RTM! This will be my second month doing this challenge, and I'm so excited. Last month was a great month, and being part of this group really helped me to stay accountable. My goal for this month is to reach the 180's, (which is 5 pounds away.) Cheers to another good month for all of us!4

Happy March!! We got this !! Yesterday I started adding exercise to my daily routine, as the scale has stopped going in my direction. Wow, I am sore today! Are you doing anything new?5 -
Started lifting weights in august, started watching the food in february and started running last week. Problem was that yesterday when I was supposed to run, it was -16 degrees...and windy...1

This is my second month with this challenge. I've started training for my first mini sprint triathlon this summer (still trying to decide which date I want to do).3

Triathlons are great motivators and offers the opportunity to work out in many different ways. Me and my (ex) wife used to do a couple of them and loved (and hated them during) them. I went all in for Ironman, and even though I was not fit enough, it's the thing I am most proud of completing.3 -

We have had a few -40's here so far this winter. YUCK! Still pretty cold here, and a lot of snow. I have been doing indoor walking videos on youtube. Seems to help a little.2 -
I started water aerobics this week. Its not crazy intense but I'm enjoying it!4

Good day all.
My first time doing a challenge like this and really need the accountability.
I am a stay at home mother of four girls (4-6-7-15) that I home school and have seriously let myself go.
So I am taking me back.
I know what to do as I have lost In the past but was younger then but I know. I can do this.
WE can do this!!!!!3 -

Hello everyone! Very much looking forward to spending this next month with you trying to get our butts in gear. I cycle back and forth with my weight and am currently at an almost lifelong high weight. Trying not to hit that mark and thought some extra help from the Fitness Pal family would help. I used this app for a while years ago, but just recently decided to pick it back up.
Does anyone have a Fitbit? Would love to add you as friend on there. My e-mail is alisonsilliphant@yahoo.com.
Good luck to everyone on the first week:)2 -
