Vegan weight loss
Hi all :) Has anyone here lost weight loss through vegan/plant-based nutrition? Would love to hear your stories. What worked? What was hard? Are you still doing it?
Favorite go-to meals?
My favorite, right now, is jasmine rice, ( which I cook a big pot of at the beginning of the week ) avocado, black beans and a big dollop of garlic humous on top

I've recently become vegan (week and a half) and was wondering what everyone's favorite vegan documentaries/speeches/youtubers/etc. are. I just watched Gary Yourofsky's speech and also watch youtubers Mango Island Mamma and Bonny Rebecca :)

Vegan low carb, high protein?
Any suggestions on a high protein low carb vegan diet. I find it difficult to reduce carbs as most vegan food choices have them... Any suggestions?
