When I got on my scales this morning it told me the battery was low then went straight to error! I'll search out a new battery and try to remember in the morning although having just enjoyed a bacon sandwich I don't hold out much hope of a loss 😏0 -

Forgot to weigh myself before shower. Remembered as I weighed out my porridge so fully clothed back up to last weekend's overweight!! Sandy, I think if I ignore the slight loss midweek I've remained the same. 😛😜0

Weighed Thursday and had gained 2 lbs which has probably gone up even more after a couple of glasses of red wine! 😳 Jackie

Sandy and Jackie, I just want to tell you something which has surprised me. Some time back I gave up the scales and stopped counting calories. Now I just eat what I fancy and have even sweetened my oatmeal with a little sugar and much to my surprise I havnt gained at all, and in fact probably lost a little in weight. Why?

Anne, what you're finding probably echoes that saying about everything in moderation. Certainly in the past I never thought to weigh myself and if I over indulged at Christmas the extra weight soon came off once I eat normal healthy food again. That's my plan now.... everything in moderation!
