    Brilliant work ladies. 😍
I on the other hand struggled so no surprises I only lost about 4 ounces, in other words no change! No one to blame but myself 😳

Better than nothing and once I get down to 140 (2 lbs to go to that) I'll be joining you because I just can't ever get below. So well done Jackie says I.

Definitely stayed the same. Scales very small and only register pounds so:-

    MAYBE half pound loss.

    The same,
this is because with all the medical record palaver I over ate. I've noticed I do this when under stress, the only outward sign really. Do you do the same?

No change. I've hit my usual plateau. Not surprising because I'm baking muffins as I wait for Dorio and the groceries. I bet he takes off with one if cooling!

And it's goodbye from me on this post. The ancient scales are waiting at the back door for the garbage bin. I'll only know if I'm gaining weight when the waistbands tighten.
Best of luck Sandy and Jackie as you continue. You two don't seem to hit the plateaus I can't get past.
    Hugs from Anne.

It's a case of having to for me Anne because I know how quickly my weight got out of control when I retired 10 years ago and thought it ok to be able to enjoy a few treats for the first time in years. Nope, it wasn't ok so at least if I do have a few, which I do, weighing regularly reigns me in. Enjoy your Winter favourites! ;)
    Hugs... Jackie

    Anne. Hugs sent.
