    11/04 Day 7:218 ( Walk to voting poll and back, cleaning ) 6 hrs+ 1 hr and 1.5 hr nap.
    11/05 Day 8: 374( Cleaning, stretch , walking, walk/jog up and down stairs, stretch)+5 hr sleep 1hr nap
    11/06 Day 9: 318 (cleaning walk, work, Walk/Jog Upstairs) +7hrs+30 min. nap
    11/07 Day 10: 411(Work, cleaning, walk)+ 6.25hrs +2 hrs. sleep(Got up @ 4:15, went back to sleep til 6:15)

    11/03 Day 1: 768 (run & squats)+ 6.5 hours sleep (woke up at 3:45 :( ! )
    11/04 Day 2: 0 (rest day)+ 7:45 hours sleep
    11/05 Day 3: 0 (bad sleep, sore wrist)+ 5 hours sleep
    11/06 Day 4: 0 (sore wrist)+ 7 + 2 hours sleep (fell back to sleep after waking up at 3am)
    11/07 Day 5: 0 (sore wrist) + 7.5 hrs sleep
    11/08 Day 6: 0 (last day resting wrist!) + 7 hours sleep
    11/09 Day 7: 0 (I guess one more won't hurt!) + 9 hrs sleep (!)
