    Weight -7lbs
    Chest -1 inch
    Arm -1.75 inches
    Waist -3 inches
    Hips -2 inches
    Thigh -2 inches

    Really pleased with results so far, bring on beta!!

    I'm on week 4 and no noticeable difference. The workouts are getting easier, but I'm not losing anything, weight or inches.

    So I've finished t-25 (alpha and beta). Here are my results:
    Weight -13 lbs
    Chest -1.75 inches
    Waist -4 inches
    Arms -2.25 inches
    Thighs -3 inches
    Hips -3.5 inches
