    Jan 9 - ran around the house after my grandson instead
    Jan 10 - 30 mins stacking wood, 15 mins running on rebounder, 10 squats, 10 jj, 10 pushups.
    Jan 11 - 60 mins - walking, 15 mins running on rebounder, 10 squats, 10 jj, 10 push ups
    Jan 12 - 30 mins walking, 15 mins rebounder, 10 squats, 10 jj, 10 push ups
    Jan 13 - not a thing except STRESS at work...
    Jan 14 - 40 mins walking, 15 mins rebounder, 10 squats, 10 jj, 10 pushups

    Ugh sorry, had a really bad week with arthritis and wasn't around due to largely being in too much pain to move Thu-Sun and doped up on painkillers in order to get done what I needed to until last night.

    I failed my own bonus challenge (lol, how embarrassing) as a result but still got the minutes

    8/1 - nothing except the squats/jj/pushups
    9/1 - nothing
    10/1 - nothing
    11/1 - nothing
    12/1 - 40min walk, 60min BJJ class, bonus stuff
    13/1 - 90min walk, 60min BJJ class, bonus stuff
    14/1 - 40min walk, 60min BJJ class, bonus stuff
