    Probably 1.5 times per week. Pizza delivery once most weeks, and a "date night" about every other week.

    I would say 4 times a week on average. I'm trying to scale that back to 2 or 3 times a week.

    Usually eat home cooking during the week. The weekend I go out for lunch and dinner with friends usually.

    Once a week, maybe twice if we count snacks or sodas or fancy coffee drinks. I feel lucky that I (a) enjoy cooking and (b) have the time to do it. I know things will probably get trickier when I got back to school part-time.

    I probably average once per week, but that's because I will go 2-3 weeks between restaurant meals when home, but eat out in restaurants once or twice a day when I'm traveling for work. On vacation I try to stay somewhere with at least minimal cooking facilities so I'm not forced to eat out all the time.

    Average of 2 times a week I think including fast food. Depends on the month though! October and December definitely averaged more like 4-5.

    0.5 times per week (twice a month) on average at a real sit down restaurant, often Japanese - my wife loves sushi.

    Very close to 0 times a month at a fast food joint. Certainly can count on one hand each year how many times I've been to a FFJ.

    Treats with coffee? Too many times, but that's all changed now.

    Once usually, we go to our fav Mexican place that has the AWESOME Colorado mountains as the view from the patio. We like the food but love the view.
