    I think now that I have the Vivofit tracking my walking miles every day, I need to up my goal by a lot.

    I am so glad you heard from Alex Ann! I am sure he is hold up in a hotel waiting for warmer weather to get back to his trek! Can't wait to hear how he weathered the storm. :wink:

    took a break on Sat I was just a couch potato, but Sun 2/22 I did my 3 mile dance/walk so I have completed 24 miles. yay for me. I am just waiting for my new DVD's to come in then I can try something different.

    Yay! I have enjoyed the tales from the trail.
    I'm at 31/40 for the month, back on track. With 6 1/2 of the Firm 30 sessions done as well.

    Thanks Ann! Heading for Netherlands again in 10 days so I have to make goal before I go as next month will not be good. My granddaughter is only 11 months old and although she is a mover and a shaker :laugh: she cannot move fast enough to get pounds off grandma! LOL

    84.5/85 I completed 2 Miles Walk This Way and 2 Miles Silver Walk this morning. I am a 1/2 mile short of my goal.

    I fell yesterday while putting out some wild bird seed. Ankle seems ok though and I did some of Leslie's low key miles. I think it will be fine and I will meet my goal. Going to try anyway.
