PinkPan, I am glad that you are doing better yourself you had a lot going on all at one time. All I can think of is walk, walk, walk, lol. I will need to keep better track of my miles so I can post and improve in my efforts.0

Played the Wii tonight with hubby for 2 hours, bowling, what a workout! Also bought Leslies 4 fast miles and she does a lot of intervals, great workout!

Bandit-4 Fast Miles is one of my favorites because of those intervals. 4 miles in 45 minutes is fabulous! Thanks for the push! I think I will take a break from grading and do this one today. My mileage has been dreadful in the last couple of days.
bgoddess-yes keep track of your miles because it is a wonderful way to see progress in your fitness during those times when the pounds are not falling off. If you don't lose, but add 1/2 mile-it is still a win for the week!

Hi, i just found this group and joined up because I like the Walk at home videos. So far in February I have walked 17 miles 2 miles every other day and did the 3 mile mega walk today I hope to walk at least two miles a day for the rest of the month which will give me a total of 22 more miles for a total of 39 miles for the month.0

Well I have ordered two DVD's I want to be to mix Leslie's videos a little bit, so I got up early again and did my 3 mile dance/walk video.

71.5/85 This is the first time I have completed 5 Mega Miles 2 days in a row, I did it and I hope to do this more often! Silly me did not realize that I upped my mileage by 10 miles for the shortest month of the year until last week. I will meet my goal now that I kicked 10 miles out in the past 2 days. LOL
