    Monday (March 23rd) 3miles from the 7 Day Calorie Blast DVD.

    Tuesday (March 24th) 40 minutes outside & worked in the garden later on.

    3 DVD miles. (Monday)

    40 outdoor minutes. (Tuesday)

    0 mini walks from Walk Blaster DVD.

    45 minutes "other" kinds of exercise, including strength.

    February goal: at least 2-3 miles or 30-45 minutes 5-6 days a week.

    So far: 25 Leslie/ or other walking DVD miles

    So far: 40 outdoor minutes (in the neighborhood or in a park)

    So far: 0 mini walks from Walk Blasters DVD

    So far: 75 minutes "other" kinds of exercise, including strength

    Sorry that I haven't been here. I let the stresses of the past week and 1/2 derail my exercise and eating. But I'm back to exercise again and eating will catch up :) .

    I was so happy to see that so many are still walking and posting!! I'll read through the 60+ posts that I have missed while detoured, but I cannot comment at this time because of the numbers <3 .

    I managed to do 4 mile walk and walk strong yesterday which equals 6 miles :)
    today I did the walk and kick and the walk and jog total of 4.5 miles I believe

    texasgardnr I hear you as I have been in the same boat! I will be so glad when this semester is over and the stress of teaching so many classes ends. The grading alone is keeping me chained to the computer with little time to work out and I am a stress eater! :angry: I should know better than to take on so many classes, but the alternative is to make life even more difficult for students and I do not want to do that either :noway: . We know how to get back on track though and that is the beauty of MFP & Leslie! Hang in there! :smile:

    Thank you zichab for the kind words. Yes, you and I will both get back on track. I'm so glad that we have MFP, and of course Leslie and our group!!
    You hang in there also and we shall be walking strong again very soon! In the mean time every step in the right direction counts a lot o:)

    I am very much a stress eater too :\:(

    Yay for spring and being able to walk outdoors again as well as work in the garden also :) That helps me a lot!

    So this am I went to work out and was doing my LS fast burn was supposed to do 40 minutes and maybe a little more than half way thru I just stopped, lost the rythem and wasn't engerenic enough to continue so I stopped. Better to stop than do a workout that's not going to workout, well that's how I think. Guess that explains why I'm over weight. Lol
