My name is Terri and I live in Bangor, Northern Ireland. It is a seaside town at the mouth of Belfast Lough.
I am 69 and am sick of yo yo dieting so have decided to change my eating habits permanently.- I am logging my calories and exercise on MFP
- I will keep under my daily calorie goal
- I will eat < 10% of my exercise calories
- I will work on keeping my daily steps above 10,000
- My target for 2015 is to lose 1 lb per week.
- I will plan meals to keep my carbs/fat/protein balance at 50/30/20
- I will limit my chocolate to 1 square (5g) per day
- I will increase my strength exercise to help muscle tone in my abs and legs.
- I will monitor my fluid intake and log it. I often forget to do this
