Hi - New to the Group

I am not sure if this is where I should introduce myself or not, but here I am anyway. After years of yo-yo dieting, this fad and that fad. Not sticking to anything more than about a month because it was too restricting and I missed _____. I decided to try LCD, not really following a "plan" per se, just making sure I stay below 30g net carbs a day. Really prefer to do 20 but still figuring this whole thing out.
So far, I've managed to lose a total of 31lbs doing it so it is working. I have one set carb day and then allow myself two more carb meals per week. That way I don't feel like I am missing out on anything yet.

Welcome, there are a lot of nice people here that are very knowledgeable. Just ask anything you want. There is no way to effectively search the previous posts, so we're used to getting questions ask over and over again.
