Hi - New to the Group

I am not sure if this is where I should introduce myself or not, but here I am anyway. After years of yo-yo dieting, this fad and that fad. Not sticking to anything more than about a month because it was too restricting and I missed _____. I decided to try LCD, not really following a "plan" per se, just making sure I stay below 30g net carbs a day. Really prefer to do 20 but still figuring this whole thing out.

So far, I've managed to lose a total of 31lbs doing it so it is working. I have one set carb day and then allow myself two more carb meals per week. That way I don't feel like I am missing out on anything yet.
