    I definitely overate/drank due to a friend's birthday celebration but didn't binge! i even had some of a trigger food before the party and didn't think "*kitten* it" and binge at the party

    Awesome, it's always great when you can overeat and enjoy a trigger food and still not binge or feel guilty!!

    And thanks everyone, been trying very hard to fix my relationship with food rather than restricting calories!

    Slowly edging it out... Going to revamp my "meals" though, so my snacks don't look like I had them all at once. :)
  • Started another diet on Monday. So far I have not binged this week. My usual trigger times come-in the afternoon - but I have been distracting myself. I almost gave in yesterday.

    Another success - I've been cautious with the calories during the day, so I have a bit more to play with for snacks in the evening - not minding that one bit. :)

    I had a very difficult conversation with my husband on the phone last night (he is going through some really hard stuff and had to work last night so he called me at his dinner break) and binged basically as soon as we hung up. It's really hard for me to have emotional conversations and then be left alone with my feelings so I always turn to food for comfort when that happens. Ugh. Well the best thing I can do is start over today.

    Went a bit over calories last night when I had two of a pack of 4 things instead of the one I had planned for, but I decided to go to bed straight after that instead of listening to the voice in my head telling me to stay up late after the other half had gone to bed and raid the fridge... so that's 1 for me!

    Finally had a few good days. What scares me is in my head I am already preparing what I want to eat after my weigh in tonight...which wouldn't be a problem except I'm not supposed to have food beyond my meal replacements while I'm on this program. :/

    Things went much better today. still overate a little compared to my actual appetite but didn't binge. Tomorrow will be even better!

    I've had a really good week, but weekends are where I tend to derail. This weekend I'm making a commitment to myself to keep busy (no boredom eating) and keep this streak going!

    Such a bad night last night. Had a trigger food (pizza) and I totally went overboard and off the wagon. Had a horrible sleep and feeling like crap today, and I'm supposed to be having dinner out tonight with dh and friends. I so don't want to go :(
