    Tonight I have half a stuffed crust pizza - 710kcal so i'll be having a good breakfast and lunch to make up for it lol

    I made for the first time, quinoa "fried rice" with carrots, red bell pepper, onions, fresh garlic, water chestnuts, green peas....with chicken. Packed with protein!! It was a little bland, but a very healthy choice and very filling, I might add!
