    Hi
I'm back home from walking and No Money found. The Temperature out the door was 36 degrees and more or less comfortable.
When I checked the Temperature in the house on my return form walking the Rooms where I can see the indoors temperature were all below 60 degrees so on the heat went, along with wondering why I did not turn the heat on before I left given the outdoors temperature.

good morning, Roger I was home when I got my ns knock on wood I have never had a problem with the frozen food. It was really cooler this morning I think it was the wind that made it chilly I actually put the heat on just to 64 but made a big difference. Vix your vacation sounds awesome glad to hear you are having a great time. Hey Jo
    Hi Irene
I am generally home when I get my NS deliveries too. I am cutting back on the order by not adding extras since I have a lot of certain items on hand, Those being mainly Lunch and Snacks. I am adding extra frozen breakfasts to try and get things back into a balance. Frozen Dinners I can supplement with low calorie frozen meals from the Grocery Store.
The following order shall be pushed back the maximum length of time which is three months. My other option will be clear possibly after a phone call to NS to see what a change to the Weekends on Your Own plan to see if I still get free shipping and Discount.

I find that 64 degrees is still chilly to me.
good morning, well it was like 32 degrees this morning it sure has gotten chilly outside. today I go to the hospital I always feel so much better or maybe grateful take care all
Even though the outside temperatures are showing above freezing but I passed lawns with frost in the grass.

It seems as if Winter is knocking at the door

I did see a prediction that this winter would be warm and wet. I am unsure whether or not to be happy with this.

    Enjoy You Day

    Good morning.
Still busy trying to catch up from vacation and still pretty tired in between busy-ness. Need to catch up and get working on my daughter's baby shower, haven't looked through the stack of mail that was here waiting for me. I invited the kids for brunch tomorrow, so want to pick up some things at the grocery and do some baking today. Nice and cool outside, I think it's a high of 62 expected today and pretty sunny so far. I think the dry weather out west made me feel better, not as achy as here. I can feel the difference.
Congratulations on closing on your house Irene! Yay! :)
    Happy Friday, everyone. :)

I am off from work for the next 10 days. We have a few day trips planned.
This weekend we are going to see the Head of the Charles Regatta.

Jo, enjoy your 10 days off....that's nice...good to do day trips, always something new nearby. (We did have a great time on vacation).

    Hi Vix
I always liked a good Irish Soda Bread, Just not the way my brother makes it with some sour cream and usually no raisins :( I eat some of it to be polite OTOH. Pumpkin Bread is always good, The recipe we use cries out to be sliced and then topped with whipped cream.

Good that You have family nearby and had a good time. Beyond my brother they've all scattered in all directions :(

I prefer to pay by check, does that make me strange ?

    Hello Irene
Congrats, You are finding more money than I.

I suspect that You might be colder where You are than where I am after what they showed on last nights News12 Weather Forecast. There was Frost on the F150 in the driveway and a bank display that shows time and temperatures indicated 32 degrees. I was comfortable enough between the Sweatshirt under the heavy Hoodie and the heated Mittens.

I find it is easier to go a distance now that it is cool outside. I turned the heat on when I got up as the Living room as 58 degrees and 56 degrees in the bedroom.
Now 2+ hours later the bedroom here is up to a whopping 65 degrees

    Hello Irene
I had a suspicion your temps would be slightly colder than were I am despite my being North of You.

Monday in deference to the cold temperatures I wore a moderately heavy sweatshirt under the hoodie, Last year for the really cold periods I wore two sweatshirts under the hoodie and that is despite the Hoodie being heavy material.

Dealer, Fast oil change place or a local repair shop, We use the same place that does any needed repairs.

I have been putting the heat on when I get home or even before I leave, I decide after looking at the interior temperature.

Congratulations on the steps, I think You beat me out due to the cold. Today is pull the large, heavy AC out of my brothers bedroom window :( 16,000 BTUs and 220 volt makes it a whopper and heavy.

    Celiac disease ?

From the way Irene said turn on the fireplace I am going with it being Gas and less likely Electric that has a heating element

Did I miss another birthday for Joanne ? I really should keep track :(

The Pumpkin Bread would have had whipped cream if any were in the house otherwise I would have toasted it and spread Butter, The Irish Soda bread would also have been toasted and then buttered so the Butter melted into it also. I wonder if it was overbaked, I understand that makes cakes dry.

    Hi Irene.
    Hi Roger.
We have been busy. On Saturday we went to the Head of the Charles Regatta. It turned out to be a beautiful day. Sunday we went to a vegan food fest, my daughter is Vegeterian.
I ate some pretty interesting things, not all of them good. :# Monday we went to New Hampshire to the Holderness Science Center. We saw animals and hiked through their trails.
Tuesday we went to the new MGM casino in Springfield, MA. I allotted myself $20 to gamble with and came home with $18.00, not bad for 2 hours. We then went to the Dr. Suess Museum
and took some pictures. We have no plans today so far.
My car is in the shop getting fixed, so my daughter has been my chauffeur. :) She goes back to work tomorrow, so I will probably be stuck in the house for a few days. No problem, as there is always plenty to do around the house.
    Have a great day! :)
