    Hi
I'm back home from walking and No Money found. The Temperature out the door was 62 degrees and comfortable due to the low humidity and breeze.
There was rain overnight, I had heard it hitting the bedroom AC around 3AM and with the breeze things were drying out by 5AM. I did see three come out of a driveway and go trotting down the street on a street where I had not sen them before.

    Hi
I'm back home from walking and No Money found. The Temperature out the door was 52 degrees and comfortable due to the low humidity and breeze. I did of course put on a long sleeve shirt and light gloves.

Thursday I tried the Moo Shu Beef as it was listed on websites as one of the low carb Chinese Dishes. Tasty and the four thin pancakes looked and when I sampled one tasted like a flour Tortilla. Where I blew it was by forgetting to tell them hold the rice. Since I had the rice I ate it :(

    I just posted more Humor

    Hi
I'm back home from walking and No Money found. The Temperature out the door was 41 degrees and semi comfortable due to the low temperature. I switched to long walking pants and a sweatshirt from the walking shorts and long sleeve shirt.

Up to this morning I have been able in general to avoid running the AC and have not run the furnace since last spring except for a few seconds earlier in Late September to be sure it lit off when needed.
I turned on the heat before leaving the house for my walk to take the chill off of the house as it was 61 degrees.

The problem with a slip like that is that it leaves me with cravings for a couple of days. I need to eat up my NS foods since the next order should be arriving by the end of the month. I am also thinking of calling NS to see if I can switch to a Weekends on Your own plan and if needed be able to go back to the regular plan and keep free shipping and discounts.

    Hi Joanne
I do get out in the rain for my walk, OTOH I do have head to toe rain gear excluding my footwear and for that I just put on the oldest semi worn out walking shoes and they dry out once I get home. The worst part of walking in rain gear is in the Summer where it blocks the air flow or any breeze :(

    Enjoy the Art.

    Hi Irene
I am beginning to think I need to switch where I am walking, I am not doing good lately finding Money. Congratulations on Your find.

Yesterday was another of the standard NJ gloomy day until the afternoon when there were a few breaks in the clouds and the sun shone through for a minute or three.

We did not see any rain, however there was a heavy dew in the grass, even late in the morning when my brother mowed the grass. It did tend to clump up under the mower, thus he did what I do when that happens which is bump it up an down in the street which shakes the clumps free into the street, followed by raking them to the curb so that a car does not slip on them.

I pulled out a sweatshirt Sunday as it was colder here. Today I started out with gloves and they were comfortable until I was on the homeward stretch where I started to sweat in them so I pulled them off and was once more comfortable.

I also have a pair of lightly insulated gloves that, wait for it, That fit me like a glove

    Have a Nice Day

    Good morning;
Vinny survived his trip to the dentist. He had to have 15 teeth pulled. I don't think it leaves him with many. It hasn't stopped him from eating though. He must smell like the vet, because every time he goes near Sophie she hisses at him. Now that the anesthesia has worn off, he seems to be a little sprier that before.
Irene-the leaves on my trees are still green, there are a few that have started to change color.
I think it may be a while before we need to have the leaves raked.
Roger-no treats for Vinny. He only gets wet food. If I give him dry it messes with his blood sugar. Too many carbs, I would guess.
I am off to work, have a great day. :)

35 state attorneys general tell FCC to pull the plug on robocalls.
Last year, the FCC released the 2017 Call Blocking Order, which included rules allowing providers to block spoofed calls – as in, calls that pretend to come from consumers’ phones or, even more sneaky, from neighbors’ phones, with area codes that mirror their targets’ area codes. The order allowed providers to block calls from numbers on do-not-originate lists and from numbers that are invalid, unallocated, or unused.
But despite the Call Blocking Order, the robocall problem is only getting worse.

    Hi Irene
You had no luck with the rain, all we had was a light Drizzle, If I had not believed the weather forecast and put on the entire rain gear set, As it happened I did not need them.

That sounds moderately expensive, I am sure that they also checked the Antifreeze for the proper protection against the coolant freezing. I will also say that if You never add water, that what You have should still be good protection, OTOH old coolant can become somewhat acidic hence the need for a flush and change now and then.

Since the rest of the week is forecast to be cooler I am thinking that I may switch from a sweatshirt to the Hoodie, It felt a little cold while walking whenever the breeze blew.

No enough leaves to be worth raking them up here.

Good Luck getting the pool completely ready for winter

Ouch, 15 teeth, poor baby. I can see how wet food would be friendlier for Vinny with not to many teeth left.
That is pretty much how our trees look, I can only guess that the trees in Irene's yard are one of the species that drop leaves earlier than others.

I would not be surprised if the Vets visit left a smell behind.

Hi, missed you all! We got back Sunday night. Fantastic trip to NM. :)
Didn't listen to news all week. The weather was gorgeous and we did a zillion amazing things: petroglyphs, Balloon Fiesta (definitely worth the trip), Sandia mountain tram, Kasha-Katuwe Tent Rocks National Monument, Santa Fe National Park, Georgia O'keefe museum, Santa Fe Museum of Art, International Folk Art Museum, Santa Fe Plaza, Meow Wolf, Railyard district, Old Town Albuquerque, lots of New Mexican food, and met up with my cousin and his partner a few times...so much fun! Our hotel was really interesting...downtown Santa Fe, just a few blocks from lots of tourist attractions. They have been buying up the old neighborhood and fixing up old adobe buildings/houses into guest suites. They also included a great breakfast every morning.
This is the first I've gotten back on my computer. I don't have time to catch up right now, but will be back later to see what you've all been up to.
    Hope you're having a great day! :)

good morning, we found 10 cents today the dime was so beat up hard to tell it was a dime. The weather this morning was chilly it was like 45 I did wear gloves and a hat. Today my ns will be delivered most of it will be frozen. well take care everyone
    Hi Irene
I have found that sort of beat up money too.

From the higher than normal temperatures to below normal in a very short period.

I hope Your frozen is in good shape. The colder temperatures should help keep it in good condition, since it usually comes from Pennsylvania I have not lost a shipment to melting.

    Enjoy

    Hi Vix
Good Plan to ignore the news, why get upset when on vacation by things that are not changeable.

Wow, It sounds as if You had a really great vacation. That is interesting information about Your Hotel.

I am not surprised that You will be catching up later.

    Have a Nice Day

good morning, Roger I was home when I got my ns knock on wood I have never had a problem with the frozen food. It was really cooler this morning I think it was the wind that made it chilly I actually put the heat on just to 64 but made a big difference. Vix your vacation sounds awesome glad to hear you are having a great time. Hey Jo
