so far for May: 5/1 = 30, 5/2 = 40, 5/3 = 30 (over on fat both days) = 100

Friday May 1: 40 + May 2: 30 + May 3: 20= 90. Not the best eating weekend. I was a ball of nerves with my son travelling. Starting a new cut today so I will be on track.0

I followed my nutrition plan to the letter. I measured and weighed all food. according to my plan I should have met my goals, but not been over.. according to MFP I was over. I don't have time to log all nutritional information so I will go with what MFP gives me.

that's odd - differences in brand to another?? you weren't enough over to stress about..see how today looks...
40 for me for 5-4 + 100 = 140 (low day...ate good food, just ran out of time to eat enough)
