Mud pie ice cream and good European chocolate??? dam, I was happy w/my marshmallow fluff (which btw - is not anywhere near as calorie/sugar high as I would have thought - will probably pop up again, possibly on graham crackers...ooohh...with some melted sugar free chocolate chips OMG....sorry - well caffeinated) anyway = 300 + 40 (with said fluff) = 3400

Nothing for the last three days in the way of points. Dealing with Pnut and now my mom is home and major decisions to be made there. The last three days has been a blur of nothing to really poor food choices. Do not give up on me I will return. Just a bad week filled with emotion! Now where in the hell do I get the Mud pie Ice cream!!! I know where the good European chocolate came from!

Michele just add your protein powder, marshmallow fluff, any of those waldon farms syrups and some ice or frozen fruit to a blender.. blend up and enjoy and voila protein fluff0
