I am sorry I have failed this month. Lot of family issues and just not logging. I would like it to go another month and promise to do better. There is no big eating or going wild with calories. Just some issues that have kept me from posting as I should. I am sorry I have let you three down. Look forward to be able to redeem myself next month. Thanks !!!0

life happens Don..this weekend was a train wreck for me!!! fell headfirst in a vat of vodka and crack brownies Saturday...and yesterday I was hurting (back) and fed my sorrows..hangs head in shame....60 for the 4 day weekend + 700 = 7600

weekend update...5-29 - 30 (over on protein), 5-30 - 30 (1 gram over on fat..so close!) and 5-31 - 40 (although protein was dismally low..) = 100 + 870 = final total....9700
