Been having trouble logging yet have had good days!
Yet in fairness to all I will take 0's thru all till yesterday

Logging is important and I must get back to it. It is the one check list that keeps me on track and focus!0 -

40 for yesterday - dead even on fat....but 40 + 550 = 590 ... and my rings are spinning around on my fingers ... which usually means i'm down a couple pounds, at least retaining less fluid...so that's a good thing...0

Sooooo, since making our macros are important, how about a new June challenge?
You have to come within 100 calories of your daily calorie goal and within 20 grams of your macros... without going over and not counting your exercise calories. You can still go over with protein but you have to be within 20 grams if you're under.
This will challenge us to meet our macros and not eat back our exercise calories. It's a little complicated, especially if you record exercise, but it would be a good challenge IMO.

You can just meet your goals are before you exercise. Your daily goals are: 1,400 calories 140 carbs 47 fat 105 protein.
So for example, even if exercising allowed you 162 carbs, stay under 140 (120-140). Having said that, if you think you need the extra macros because you are exercising, it might not be a good idea. I guess look back randomly in your diary and see if generally you use/need them.0 -

I had pizza...but I was very conservative about the amount....the threat of appearing in public in a skin tight wetsuit is doing wonders for my desire to pig out....
