I take magnesium and potassium as a supplement. Very occasionally I take a multivitamin or some spirulina.
Yes! I was going to recommend this... I used to get migraines, but this has been a wonder "drug" for me. No nasty side effects, either.

This works on migraines for some people? Might have to try it on my husband...0 -

Sokath, his eyes uncovered.
LIKE! It is strange that I know that but I binge watched TNG a few months ago (and ENT last year). Working my way through Voyager now.0 -

If I was going to spend under $10 monthly for supplements I could go with Vitamin D3 and Vitamin K2 for the best health including cancer prevention. Fish oil has been my go to supplement for 19 years now.0

Thanks greenautumn. After the wife got off work she joined me at the Huddle House for coffee. I get their modified Smokehouse breakfast. They keep the carbs and bump the fried eggs from 3 to 5 then the two sausages and three strips of bacon and unlimited coffee and half and half to bump up the fat calories. She took my picture there since we had none with my beard. The other photo was about 10 years old when I was 45 pounds heavier and a very unhealthy man.0

Not my thread--a comment of mine just happened to be at the top of this page. But it wouldn't be a problem, regardless.
@GaleHawkins---you do look great! Very nice pic!0 -
Thanks everyone for the kind words.
Of late I have been trying more supplements and some are part of cancer treatment protocols used in other parts of the world. Before LCHF I was seriously considering Enbrel injections for pain management understanding at some point I could expect cancer due to the Enbrel. In researching pain management I learned about removing sugar from my diet and tried it and it worked. By then I was LCHF more or less by accident and have been mainly carb free since Oct 2014.
Fish oil has been my friend since 1996 and I have taken others things from time to time over the last 20 years.
Other things include Vit D3 to get calcium into the blood stream and Vit K2 that tells the calcium to go to my bones and teeth and out of the arteries. K2 tells calcium where to go. Currently doing 20K units of D3 and and two soft gels of Super K complex from LifeExtension daily.
Ubiquinol 200 MG daily as a heavy duty replacement for Co Q-10.
PQQ or Pyrroloquinoline Quinone for Mitochondrial Biogenesis and Cardiovascular & Cognitive Support.
Pterostilbene which is souped up Resveratrol in short but from blueberries.
Zeolite to remove heavy metal and part of one cancer protocol.
BioBran (best name to Google) sold as PeakImmune4 in the USA triple Natural Killer (NK) cell activity and part of a cancer protocol.
Niagen or nicotinamide riboside to promote NAD+ levels in cells and tissue, Mitochondrial Function and Performance, Metabolism to Counter High-Fat ingestion.
At this point all I can say is none of the above have killed me as of yet.
I self tested these all at the same time on myself because of more cancer popping up in family and friends fast.
This is just a quick list without any links but Goggle will give more info if you have an interest.
Warning: prices are all over the board. I paid $30 for a 90 count softgel of Super K by LifeExtention but just received more of the same brand and count for $15.99 per bottle. I now buy best pricing that I can find. I got 7 bottles of Super K since its usage is not a real option based on my research.
Perhaps holding an OD degree makes medical research more interesting to me so I research many hours weekly. I wish I had the time and help with editing to write as well but at this point I am learning so much and my thoughts on things evolve every week.0
