keto treats for road trip?

Any ideas for treats to being on a road trip. Normally road trips are binge fests for me. Chips, cookies, burgers, fries, pop.
I want to be prepared so I'd like to make se cookies or brownies or....? Only possible problem is that all I can find here for stevia is the little liquid things. Cannot find a big bag. I also can't use splenda or sucralose because of headaches. I'm not sure what sweetener that would leave me with because I assume honey and dates are out.
Any ideas?

Pork rinds!
Fat bombs, if you have a cooler (most of them do best at least refrigerated)
You can probably adapt brownie recipes to use the liquid Stevia (probably just add more almond flour), though I'd just forego those types of sweet altogether, since you said yourself, road trips are a binge fest for you. If you really want them, though, check out the mug cake recipes.
Burgers actually aren't a bad thing. Just forego the fries and bun. Wrap the burger in lettuce, add some cheese, mayo, bacon, maybe some tomato and pickles, and you have an awesome meal.0 -
I should try making some fat bombs. Any good recipes?
I have pork rinds and quite like them as nachos but just plain...ick! Lol0 -
I just got back from a trip and I took this stuff:
Jar of pickles
Beef jerky
Sausage snacks (Jack links makes some)
Vienna sausages
Pork rinds (different flavors)
Smokehouse almonds
Roasted salted Planters Pecans in the can <my favorite
Sunflower seeds
Mixed nuts (But if you binge eat the nuts, you will gain weight! )
Bottled water and a jug off unsweetened tea.
There are some foods you can prepare and take in a cooler, but that may be too difficult.
I hope this helps,

You do know that most all fat bombs require refrigeration? With that said, I have some recipes:

Almond Joy Wanna Be's (fat bomb recipe)
Raspberry Fat Bombs
Chocolate Covered Strawberry Fat Bombs
Cocoa Butter @ www.bulkapothecary.com
Cocoa Dusted Nuts Recipe

I can bring a cooler. I just need things I can eat while driving. Kids can man the cooler0

I made some Gummies and salami chips, which worked great on my travel for work. Cutting chicken into cubes was an easy to eat snack. Lots of carb-free sparkling water too. And pork rinds for crunch.0

OH MY GOD (if you love savory) I just tried the best fat bomb recipe the other day and it's so good. Needs refrigeration but if you have a cooler you should be fine.

I made a filling the other day for crepes that I made, but they'd make awesome fat bombs.
3oz cream cheese
1 stick butter
~1tsp cinnamon (or to taste)
Sweetener to taste
Soften butter and (if needed) cream cheese. Mix everything together. Eat or refrigerate or freeze to stiffen.0 -
copying my own response from another thread
Chicken broth
Canned/pouched tuna and salmon
Mayo packets, go to a restaurant supply
Pork rinds
Beef jerky sticks
Almonds, cashews, pistachios (mixed)
Mason jar with tea bags and water(make sun tea or long-steep)
Bacon bits(shelf stable, eat with a spoon)
String cheese keeps well in a backpack wrapped in a towel
Single serve almond butter from justins, easy to eat without hands
Crispy bacon is good wrapped in the same towel as the cheese for about 24 hours
Cured turkey legs wrapped in the towel
Certain nature valley granola bars are 9 net carbs(cheaper than atkins and more heat stable)
Coconut oil, a few drops of splenda and a dash of cinnamon in a snack bag, rip the corner off and squeeze out
Cream cheese in single serve packs can be frozen and kept in the towel
all the better with a cooler
