Cacao / Cocoa butter

Hey all,

I picked up some cacao butter in a foil-wrapped brick at a local health food store, but I've been having a hard time finding it elsewhere. Given that the health food store I got it at is a little out of my way, I was wondering if there were any good online sources you guys could recommend. I've seen a few different brands around on Amazon, but wasn't sure what was good. Some are WAY cheaper than others, but the stuff's still not cheap.
I saw @DittoDan recommending an online bulk apothecary, but wasn't really sure how their stuff worked for food.
My main use for the cacao butter will be for adding a delicious fatty chocolate hint to my morning coffee. It HAS to have that chocolate essence going on. The brand I had was Navitas.

Thanks!

P.S. The search feature in Groups sucks.

bulkapothecary.com is a good one, but I don't know if that is what Dan suggested. I can tell you that this site will tell you which is considered food grade and which isn't. I will be using it in the future for a number of things. I seem to remember that they even have coconut oil in bulk quantities, too.

Found it! They still sell it. Here is the updated link:

    Teneko,

I just went online and that page (below) ~ is GONE! And I couldn't find anywhere on their site that they still sell it.... Oh well, I'm with you...without a source. I still have 3 jars of it though.

They're pretty fast and reasonably inexpensive and all edible. They have two kinds: refined and pressed. Refined is tasteless. The pressed version has a moderate amount of cocoa taste. They have a much higher melting temp as coconut oil. This makes it harder to dig it out of the container. :s

Also note, there is no barcode to scan on the nice container they're sent in. But MFP does have the entry. The fat, calories, serving sizes are identical to coconut oil.

    See recipes below sig.

    Thanks, guys.
The high shipping makes it about as expensive as the stuff I found elsewhere. I might have to check and see if there's anything else I can add to the order. Hmmm...
