I did 20k steps yesterday. I as stiff as s board today
I'm keeping at it today. I'm happy if I can do 10k2 -
Took a few days off with leg pain last week. Made a dr's appointment and naturally it started feeling better.
Got 2 pairs of cycling shoes on ebay and had cleats put on them today. One is vintage and multicolored!2 -
Getting the gear together for a paddle tomorrow on Black River Lake3 -
Paddling with a family of eagles, and shooting (at paper, not eagles), then a nice unhealthy BBQ

Wow @BBee5064 , that's big! . . . . Maybe something like 8 to 10 miles, depending on your stride length!!

I'm walking to work & back & its a good 30 mins brisk walk. I'm starting to feel a bit looser in my joints. I will keep at it as best i can x1 -

I've got on the scales this morning & ive lost a few pounds. Hooray
So I'm going to stay on track & walk to work & keep burning these calories

I had to cut back a little; I started getting shooting pains in my knees and my hips were aching a lot, so I cut out doing the elliptical before class 3 days a week, and I also only do half of the spin class on Wednesdays now. I feel a lot better !!!2

Aiming to drink 8 glasses of water today & eat some good salads. The weather has been glorious & im going to make the most of it.
