before and after pics?

On the screen just above where you type there are icons. The one that looks like a sheet of paper with the corner folded down is the one that should allow you to include a picture.
If you happen to be on a PC or know the actual file location, you can just type it in, too:
This can be a C:/documents/pictures.jpg type address or a web address from somewhere like imgur, but it works here. I just can't figure out the trick in my blog.0 -
Getting there...I think I am actually starting to look better! 100g away from losing 35kg and 2.3kg away from leaving obese class 2 behind. Another 20-25kg to my first 'goal'.
Sorry for the undies folks. I also tried to wear the same clothes but couldn't find those purple knickers. So wore some other old ones.
Warning! Huge woman in undies to follow!!!
And you know, I love my wrinkly stomach! The wrinklier the better. Means I'm getting smaller.0 -
@minties82 Great progress! You are gonna hit that first goal in no time!

@AreteandWhimsy, this is the best illustration I have ever seen of how dramatically different the body can look and feel at the same weight, with different body composition! Thanks for posting!0

An after pic of two weeks of doing 1000-1500 fasted cardio calorie burn off sessions on my bike
This idea is posted lots by Wab. So if you want to read more on it jus search his posts
To be clear I am not taking credit for the idea, just following it
But anyway....
I am noticing my legs are leaning out
Especially calves. Not sure if there is something to your mitochondria getting fat to burn from closest fat stores??
But my legs get smoked on these workouts. I have noticed a significant change and in 30 days

This is something that I never did. Take a fat pic. i regret it now it would be nice to see the difference. I do have a way to go still though so perhaps it's not too late to take a "before".0

I have the same thoughts as @AngInCanada - you look 10 years younger... and much fitter and more vibrant. You should be 'chuffed to bits' like we say in Derbyshire. Well done, you

Thank you CoconuttyMummy & AngInCanada! I certainly do feel "chuffed to bits" ! (had to look that one up in a UK slang dictionary!)0 -

Still can't face up to taking pictures since this last one in March 2014 (just take a look at those cheeks!) - But now I'm down 34 pounds (30-ish more to go) - Chico's pant size down from "3" to a "2" - I still don't see myself smaller but might break down and have my hubby do a snapshot to remind me of this mid-way accomplishment.0

I've been looking through this thread of happy and you are all to be commended on the hard won results of all your efforts. It's amazing and inspiring.
November 2014 and June 2015
I didn't want to do photos until I reached goal but I was looking at this today and it's given me a boost so I thought I'd share.

Your waist has nipped in really nicely - it looks much smaller... You look smaller all over! Well done @Sajyana

Bravo, @DrawnToScale! You do look much younger, fitter and happier in your After pic. More than 35lbs would suggest.0 -
