I know Active August is over, but I'll update my latest episode in Shed Building now. Had a great workout today, I swung a hammer until I could barely move my arm. And I was picking things up, like heavy 4 x 4 wood posts. I worked out for 10 hours. I'm sore now, no delayed onset muscle soreness for me... :)

I got the sides, back and roof installed today. My friend Joe helped me. I was on the roof nailing my heart out. My knees hurt.

And there's nothing like stepping on a small loose piece of wood that throws you to the ground! I didn't sprain anything, but I'm sure I'll be extra sore tomorrow over that. Next I have to hang the doors, trim it out and paint it.

All-in-all, I did about 10 hours of useful, purposeful work, and exercise to boot!

    I hope this helps,
