    Oct. 18: 9.5 miles of trail running and walking (Have.a 10 mile race next Sunday followed in November wit a 15 mile trail run my biggest distance yet.

    Just updated my ticker. It has not been @ss moving for me these past few days cuz I rode with my Dh to see the Ozark Mountains in his semi truck. We went through 9 states in 4 days. Sooooo glad to be home but it was BEAUTIFUL!!!

    @VHUBER - I bet that was spectacular driving through the Ozarks at this time of the year!! Had the leaves begun changing color that far south yet? We're right around peak color here in Minneapolis/St. Paul right now. Some stuff is past and some is still developing, but with all the moisture this summer and fall, the colors are really deep and rich. It's one of the best years in my memory. :)

    Made up some miles this weekend!! I'm so excited, first time on a bike in over 4 years!! Saturday went exploring with the boyfriend and found a beautiful rail trail right in our town we didn't know about! Sunday, really pushed myself and rode my bike to the gym!! Only one way though, I didn't want to go overboard-lucky I was able to get a ride home. I'm so sad that winter is coming just as we are using our bikes again :(

    Having some health issues - 4 doctor appointments in as many days - but still hoping to make goal this month. Off to a great start today, got up early for a date with my bike :)

    Stationary bike and walking. Fitbit bit has me at 30.03 miles, but that includes all of my moving around, not just my exercise :smile:

    3.7 mile run/walk. I ran 2 miles in 19:06 somehow. Runkeeper was behaving today, I kept an eye on it. Noone was chasing me, so I can't 'splain it. But I did. And a HIIT class this morning outside in the 39 degree weather. I think I can have some hot chocolate tonight and not think twice about it.
